Stepahne Grumbach, INRIA and IXXI Complex Systems Institute, Lyon
Stéphane Grumbach, senior scientist at Inria, is heading the research Group Dice, Data on the Internet at the Core of the Economy, and is adjunct director of IXXI, Rhône Alpes Complex Systems Institute. Specialist of databases, his research interests focus on the economy of data in a broad sense, the impact of the digital revolution on politics, as well as geopolitics challenges. He has been widely involved in international relations for Inria, and has spent 8 years in China first as a diplomat and then in the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he headed a Sino-European joint lab.
